A well established and rapidly growing organisation in Radstock are seeking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk. In this role, you will play a key part within the finance team, delivering a professional, efficient service while ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all purchase ledger activity.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Processing of purchase invoices
2. Processing purchase orders
3. Statement / Direct Debit reconciliation
4. Maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time
5. Ensure payments adhere to HMRC requirements
6. Resolving supplier queries

8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Strong IT and numeracy skills, with confidence using financial systems and spreadsheets.
10. Effective organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
