Support Worker
Cartref Celtiadd is a warm, supportive residential home for adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. We’re looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and help make a real difference.
Our three-bedroom detached home offers a safe and engaging environment with communal spaces, a conservatory and garden, and a jacuzzi bath. We currently support males aged 40–47 and have a ground-floor bedroom vacancy ideal for someone with mobility needs (level access throughout, though not fully wheelchair accessible).
Located in the heart of Clydach, we’re close to parks, cafés, a bird reserve and only a short drive from the Mumbles coastline, cinemas, bowling and shopping centres.

What you’ll be doing
As a Support Worker at Cartref Celtiadd, you will:
8. Support individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs
9. Promote positive well-being and independence in daily life
10. Be enthusiastic and engaged in the hobbies and interests of those you support
11. Help maintain and develop community links through leisure and social activities
12. Support personal care needs where required
