Amazing opportunity to join an established facilities management group as Finance Manager, reporting to the Managing Director. This role is a mixture of hands on transactional accounting with board level reporting and detailed management accounts. Duties will include:-
* Overseeing the whole finance function, analysing costs, sales, and performance
* Production of monthly management accounts and presentation to the Directors
* Work closely with operations and sales to ensure KPIs are in line
* Assist with budget preparation and review against actuals
* All aspects of accounts payable, processing payments, reconciliations, liaising with suppliers
* Accounts receivable, raising invoices, allocating payments, and chasing creditors for outstanding invoices
* Monthly payroll, CIS, and VAT returns
The ideal person will be ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified or an exceptional qualified by experience with a can do attitude and a strong mix of financial and management accounts. Highly organised with first rate interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across the group and the Board. This role is office based 5 days a week. Would consider reduced hours ie:- 9 ro 3pm.
