As the MASH Social Worker, you will:
8. Manage referrals into Children’s Social Care via the MASH
9. Conduct screening, risk assessments, and safeguarding enquiries
10. Collaborate with multi-agency partners including Police, Health, Education, IDVA Services, and Housing
11. Make evidence-based decisions and support families through a holistic approach
12. Work independently while contributing to a strong, supportive team
Essential requirements of this MASH Social Worker role:
13. Registration as a Social Worker with Social Work England
14. Completion of ASYE and at least one year of post-qualifying experience
15. Experience in fast-paced environments such as MASH or safeguarding teams
16. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
17. Commitment to relational practice and improving outcomes for children
