Duties of the Bodyshop Operative role include:
5. Performing a variety of bodywork tasks including panel repairs and filler work
6. Assisting with paint spraying and refinishing as necessary
7. Carrying out Mechanical and Electrical work such as MET procedures
8. Welding and fabrication work where required
9. Ensuring high standards of quality and safety at all times
Candidate specifications for the Bodyshop Operative position:
10. Previous experience as a Bodyshop Operative or similar role
11. Skills in panel beating, painting, and MET operations
12. Ability to perform welding and alloy wheel repairs
13. Strong work ethic with attention to detail
14. Team player with a positive attitude
