The Role:
As a Regional People Partner, you'll join an evolving People Services team to play a vital role in supporting our branches in the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the ability to challenge senior leaders to think differently about people strategy, balance the objectives of your operational stakeholders and HR work streams. As well as influence the thought processes of our management teams, supporting people centric activities that create opportunities for us to provide a great colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Business Partnering: Collaborate with the Regional Directors to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for team optimisation and enhanced performance.
