The role requires strong systems engineering experience across the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, testing, and acceptance. Key Responsibilities Support systems engineering activities across the full project lifecycle. Develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Support business development, studies, and system de-risking activities. Produce engineering estimates and report on technical progress. Support system integration and acceptance activities. Deliver work to agreed scope, quality, cost, and schedule. Required Experience Strong Systems Engineering background. Experience with requirements management, system design, integration, and testing. xxuwjjq Knowledge of engineering lifecycle and development tools. Experience within communications systems is highly desirable, including: IP networking VOIP Radio communications Network security Linux / virtual environments Desirable: Military or defence communications experience EMC/environmental standards knowledge Product safety and design certification awareness Skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Adaptable and flexible approach Willingness to support occasional out-of-hours or off-site work
