What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
* Helping clients find storage solutions that fit their needs
* Managing front desk operations customer, inquiries and property tours
* Confirming reservations and completing rental agreements
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Keeping the property clean, organized, and client ready
* Conducting daily inspections of storage units and property
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Customer service or sales experience is an asset
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude with strong people skills
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are considered an asset
* Flexibility to travel between nearby locations as needed
Schedule
* Full-time permanent position
* Day shifts only
* Monday to Saturday availability required
* Weekend availability as needed
