Requirements:
* 2-10 years of investment banking or sell-side M&A experience
* M&A background from a mid market or boutique investment bank/advisory (lead advisory candidates from big 4/top 10 will be considered too).
* M&A deal experience in Technology Services, IT Services, HCM, Marketing Services is highly preferred.
Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
* Skilled in creating Information Memorandums, pitch decks, and teasers.
* Proficient in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
* Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal oversight.
* Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, and transaction documents throughout the M&A process.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work across global teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Familiarity with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ.
* Deep interest and passion for investment banking.
