Key responsibilities
As Warehouse Team Manager you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managing the operations, warehouse and most importantly, the people. Your main priorities are recognising good work, motivating the team, and ensuring safety while delivering the best service.
* Coaching the team to reach their full potential.
* Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time.
* Managing recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety and service.
* Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets.
* Carrying out good quality investigations.
* Promoting and managing all safety.
You’ll make sure all goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently through managing the team. You’ll take charge of looking after company equipment, ensuring it is maintained and organised to reach maximum productivity levels.
