As Business Development Manager at Unipro, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone dynamic seeking to make a significant impact on our business growth who enjoys working with a small, professional and focused team.

Responsibilities

* Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
* Work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Sales Development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and prospects’ needs to inform business strategies.
* Develop tailored proposals and deliver dynamic presentations to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
* Maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow ongoing business
* Work closely with internal teams (design, development, delivery) to ensure we delight our clients.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights.


Qualifications

* At least 5 years proven experience in business development within a digital agency or related industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and goal-orientated, with a passion to succeed in a sales environment and able to work independently.
* Proven track record of new business wins and increasing revenue growth
* Demonstrable strategic and business vision
* Well organised and able to deliver accurate and concise information and reporting
* Strongly capable with internal systems (MS Office, CRM etc)
* The freedom to travel, as required, to client offices and to our HQ in Havant, Hampshire (mandatory when required).


Desirables

* Experience with Hubspot
* Experience selling custom software solutions
* Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies (eg. AI)
