Join our Marketing Team as a Brand Manager in our Personal Care Team and help shape the future of our brands and drive growth through strategic planning, innovative campaigns, and exciting new product development.

This is an 6-month fixed-term contract for a Maternity Cover.

This role is based in our London Office and allows for home working up to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to strategic brand plans and deliver insight-led growth strategies.
2. Execute communication and promotional plans that drive consumer engagement.
3. Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to exceed targets.
4. Manage budgets and ensure accurate allocation and control.
5. Collaborate on new product development and consumer testing.
6. Work with agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns across all channels.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and ROI.

Education & Experience:

8. Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
9. 4+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or beauty/personal care.
10. Proven track record in ATL, BTL, and digital/social campaigns.
11. Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and financial data.
12. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

We’re looking for someone who is strategic, creative, and commercially savvy. You’ll have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, a passion for innovation, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.
