Library Assistant - Haywards Heath Campus
We are seeking an enthusiastic Library Assistant to join our Haywards Heath campus. Your responsibilities will include helping students find and utilize resources, assisting the Site Librarian with stock management and facility maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. You will create a welcoming environment, promote library services, support students in accessing resources, and perform various administrative duties.
Essential qualifications and skills include experience working in a library, IT proficiency, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in further education and qualifications in administration, IT, or library work are advantageous. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Additional Information
This position is paid pro-rata at £24,405 to £24,502 per annum (£14,650.61 - £14,708.84). The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9:15 am to 2:15 pm.
