HGV Mechanic - £45,900 + overtime – Doncaster - 12-hour shift (2 days, 2nights and 4 off)
The job:
Working with one of the UKs leading recycling and renewable energy manufacturers, you will be part of a maintenance team working on HGVs and factory vehicles.
You will work in what can be a challenging environment with new and old fleet, inspecting, reporting, repairing and servicing trailers, vehicles and factory transport.
This includes inspecting and conducting pre-MOT checks to DVSA/VOSA standards and completing paperwork in accordance.
Requirements:
It is expected that the successful candidate will have proven HGV mechanical experience. HGV Class C+E licence is also essential along with an industry recognised qualification, either City & Guilds or NVQ L3.

The basic salary for the HGV Mechanic is £45,900
Hours: 10 hour shifts, 4on/4off with some remote working / on call to deal with emergancy breakdowns.
Holidays: 17 shifts p/a (equivalent to 25 days p/r)
Pension: Company contributions min of 7% up to 10%
