OpenTable is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics
This highly cross-functional role will partner with Engineering and Analytics to enhance measurement capabilities, attribution models, and optimize marketing spend and performance. You will shape how OpenTable leverages first-party user data to inform lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, and full-funnel performance measurement.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading, coaching, and developing a marketing operations and analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborating with Engineering to implement measurement frameworks, tools, and technologies to optimize marketing investment and conversions.
3. Partnering with channel owners to develop and manage the B2C MarTech stack, including CRM and measurement tools, ensuring integration and effective use.
4. Working with the analytics team to deliver insights and recommendations on marketing strategies, including Diner LTV analysis.
5. Developing multi-touch attribution models to accurately assign credit across channels and touchpoints.
6. Guiding capital allocation through testing, attribution, and media mix modeling.
7. Collaborating with Data Engineering to utilize first-party data effectively in marketing efforts.
8. Promoting a test-and-learn culture with A/B testing, experimentation, and advanced analytics.
Minimum qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in mathematics, marketing, analytics, or related field.
* 10+ years in Marketing Operations or Analytics with proven leadership experience.
* Experience managing ESPs, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze), CDPs (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment), and testing platforms like Optimizely.
* Advanced SQL skills and experience with analytics/reporting tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Deep knowledge of ROI-driven paid media, customer LTV, attribution, and testing.
* Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
