Youll be working on precision components to exacting standards and tolerances, offering technical variety and the chance to make a real impact on high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting and operating CNC grinding machines (multi-axis where applicable).
* Working to fine tolerances and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
* Using precision measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, shadow graphs, and CMM.
* Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

* Apprentice-trained or time-served in a machine shop environment.
* Experienced in CNC grinding operations (cylindrical, surface, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tooling.
* Competent in precision measurement and quality control.
