Position: Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect (Permanent)
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to join a dynamic, growing team. This role involves shaping ERP strategies and delivering integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine Dynamics 365 methodologies, tools, and best practices for project delivery.
* Design and implement ERP architecture strategies that integrate across multiple business functions.
* Provide expert guidance to account and delivery teams on solution design, estimation, and client proposals.
* Identify and recommend Dynamics 365 modules, apps, and industry-specific third-party solutions to meet business needs.
* Lead project teams, ensuring clear deliverables, issue resolution, and high-quality execution.
* Define and monitor KPIs to track operational and business success of ERP initiatives.
* Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Support ERP adoption by designing training programs and helping define new operating models.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
* Mentor and develop functional consultants to enhance team delivery capabilities.
* Be flexible with travel requirements as project needs dictate.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 15+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
* Deep expertise in at least one functional area: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, or Security.
* Proven track record in ERP architecture, enterprise integration, and program leadership.
* Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* MBA with a focus on Finance or Operations is advantageous.
* Experience leading full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations for multinational clients.
