Responsibilities
Make an impact
1. You review customer requirements and provide effort estimation for testing in the sales phase.
2. In the software implementation phase, you complete test specifications and execute test cases, review technical designs to match specification and to ensure testability.
3. You validate new or existing complex test methods and procedures.
4. Additionally, you are involved in test planning (f. ex. Iterations, FATs)
5. You conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve software defects.
6. You collaborate with Software Developers and Project Managers to understand requirements and implementations.
7. In the integration & ramp up phase, you define a Software Integration Test Plan on behalf of the Integration Manager (on site).
8. You act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior Quality Assurance Engineers.
9. You define and track quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of QA processes.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
10. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
11. Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
12. Expert knowledge in testing techniques and methodologies
13. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks and programming skills in Java or JavaScript or similar is a plus
14. Excellent time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
15. Your willingness to travel and your interest in robotics and logistics round off your profile.
