Job Description
Reed Technology is working with an established company based in Forres, currently seeking to hire a IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver first and second line support to end users across hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure.
* Log and manage support tickets, ensuring all issues and resolutions are properly documented in the system.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, including hands-on experience with Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and basic networking (VLANs, switching, firewalls).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving license.
* Availability to travel between sites, when necessary.
