We currently have a wonderful opportunity to join our dynamic back of house team at Opening on 15th November in Eastbourne
Situated on the seafront, adjacent to the Wish Tower, near Eastbourne Pier and the Towner Gallery, our stylish new bistrot will offer a relaxing place in which to enjoy affordable French-style dishes, freshly prepared by our chefs every day.
Whether it’s for a casual catch up over lunch, a quick stop off on your beach walk, a special occasion or relaxed family meal, our bistrot is the perfect place to eat in Eastbourne. We’ll be open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we have something for everyone including gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. And of course, as we’re by the sea, we’ll be offering a special fish menu featuring fresh, seasonal fish from a local supplier. as a Kitchen Porter. Every member of our restaurant team
plays an integral part in delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
