What You’ll Bring
* A solid track record managing operational teams (bonus points for transport or logistics experience)
* Strong leadership with a passion for people and performance
* Skilled in managing budgets, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service
* Experienced in working with Trade Unions and handling sensitive operational issues
* Eligible (or already qualified) as a Transport Manager (O‑Licence) holder
