Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join a growing business based in Evesham on an 8-week fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical individual with strong data manipulation and reporting skills to support business decision-making across e-commerce, production, warehouse, CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse, cleanse and manipulate large datasets from multiple business systems.
o Extract and interpret data from CRM and ERP platforms.
o Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
o Produce meaningful business intelligence reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
o Analyse e-commerce performance data and identify trends and opportunities.
o Create reporting solutions for production and warehouse operations.
o Work with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements.
o Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
o Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position.
o Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills.
o Strong experience using Power BI to create dashboards and reports.
o Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
o Excellent Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
o Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable:
* Experience within e-commerce, manufacturing, production or warehouse environments.
o Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools.
o Experience integrating data from multiple business systems.
