The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join our Credit Control team based in Wilmslow.
Key responsibilities
1. Additional Service billing
2. Cash allocation
3. Sending vat schedules/invoices/statements/copy agreements to clients as requested
4. Re-instating & set up new direct debits
5. Managing cancelled direct debit BACS report
6. Amending bank details on customer accounts
7. Resolving customer queries
8. Processing refunds
9. Calculating settlement figures & processing settlement invoices
10. Processing monthly VAT schedule run
11. Other ad hoc tasks as required

14. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
