What You'll Be Doing
As the People Operations Manager, you'll be central to our culture, creating a high-performing workplace where people thrive. You will shape employee experiences, oversee benefits and processes, and lead a small team including a People Experience Partner and a People Ops Coordinator. Your responsibilities include:
1. HRIS Management (Bob): Manage our HRIS, ensuring smooth integrations, data integrity, report generation, and automation.
2. People Analytics: Analyze metrics like turnover, engagement, DEI, and retention; create reports and dashboards to inform leadership.
3. Benefits Management: Oversee benefits programs, manage provider relationships, renewals, and communications.
4. People Policies: Collaborate with leadership to develop and update policies.
5. Performance Management: Prepare reports, manage timelines, and support performance review processes.
6. Engagement Surveys: Manage company-wide surveys, coordinate communications, and analyze results.
7. Onboarding Experience: Lead onboarding, working with IT Support to ensure a seamless process.
8. Team Management: Lead and support the People Experience Partner and People Ops Coordinator, ensuring effective office and event management.
We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in core People Ops functions, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
* Data-driven with a strong people focus, understanding the human side of HR.
* Organized problem solver, proactive, detail-oriented, and continuously improving processes.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
* Adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities.
