An exciting opportunity to lead and manage our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Family Therapy and Art Therapy teams to achieve excellent outcomes for the people who use our service and their carers.
You will achieve this through excellent partnership working, clear strategic direction and by following our Trust’s clinical strategy and the feedback of the people who use the services.

Responsibilities
* Overall continuous management of the services, responsible for the coordination of roles, responsibilities and resources within the services.
* Establish and embed a senior leadership team for the services.
* Develop and implement strategies that promote an environment of involvement and recovery.
* Ensure that the agenda of social inclusion is reflected in interventions offered and implemented.
* Develop high‑quality services.
* Lead and motivate staff to provide proactive and responsive high‑quality services, contributing to ongoing audit and evaluation.
* Ensure that necessary systems and protocols for the delivery of safe and supportive services are in place, understood and adhered to throughout the services.
* Establish, maintain and monitor effective communication systems within the services and between teams and other services, agencies and partners.
