Working closely with the Finance leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement activities across the business. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of finance, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities while adapting to changing business priorities. Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple group entities. Providing technical accounting support to the wider finance team and key stakeholders. Assisting with financial control, compliance, and governance activities to ensure robust financial processes are maintained. Contributing to month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting requirements. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities where required. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting capabilities across the finance function. Acting as a trusted point of contact within the business, collaborating with colleagues across various departments. Providing flexible support across the finance team, responding to changing priorities and business requirements. This role would suit a technically strong Accountant who enjoys variety and is comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity across multiple areas of finance. You will be a proactive and adaptable individual with excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
