We are currently seeking for compassionate and proactive Care Worker for full-time or part-time positions in Chertsey (KT16), Walton-on-Thames (KT12), Hersham, New Haw, Byfleet, Addlestone (KT15), Molesey (KT8) and surrounding areas.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
Available for one of the following shifts
* Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm
* Saturday - Sunday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm

Your Role- As a Care Worker, you will:
* Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
* Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
* Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
* Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
* Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
