We work with KS3 and KS4 students, teaching a mixture of the primary curriculum to meet the needs of children with additional learning needs (ALN) and trauma.

Your Role
As a Youth Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll combine leadership, mentoring, and classroom control to create a focused, positive learning environment.
Every day is different — but your job is simple: set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire students to achieve.
What You’ll Do
* Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with ALN and trauma.
* Help create a nurturing and inclusive environment for learning.
* Work alongside our dedicated staff to implement bespoke learning plans.
* Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help them develop coping skills.
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (support available if needed).
* EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration – we’ll guide you through the process if you’re not yet registered.
* Two recent references from employers or relevant roles.
