Experience the satisfaction of contributing to large-scale projects and collaborating alongside a team committed to delivering excellence.**Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities*** Manage accurate payroll data entry and timesheet processing using PayGlobal and our eTimesheet module* Interpret and apply employment agreements and collective contracts, maintaining compliance with NZ payroll regulations* Maintain employee master data, updating changes in Workday and our K2 payroll platform* Resolve payroll queries and provide expert guidance to managers, employees, and HR colleagues* Support regional payroll operations and collaborate with payroll officers and supervisors nationwide* Calculate manual payments, enter payroll transactions, and generate payroll reports as needed* Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all payroll tasks**Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with*** Demonstrated experience in payroll administration within New Zealand* Familiarity with payroll software (PayGlobal and/or Workday highly regarded)* Sound understanding of NZ employment law and payroll best practices* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)* Reliable, practical, and solution-focused approach to work* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills* Commitment to safety, inclusiveness, and teamwork**He pai te mahi, he pai ngā painga | Good work, good benefits**At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
