Vivisolare currently hiring for a Marketing Manager to provide strategic marketing activities within the medical arena. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team working across the organisation to develop and deliver marketing strategies, with a strong knowledge of NHS functions and experience of marketing in a medical field.
We offer a generous package including; 33 days holiday (including BH), excellent training and development programs, matched contribution pension scheme to capped percentages per position level, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, yearly bonus scheme, as well as a starting salary between £50,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience.
Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - 37.5 Hour Week
Location: Crawley (4 days per week), Remote (1 day per week)
Responsibilities:
* Vivisol UK Brand management both internal and external
* Developing key messages and value propositions that resonate with customers
* Develop product and service Marketing Plans and Strategies each year
* Deliver on Marketing Plan KPI’s and sales revenue each year
* Budget planning and budget implementation
* Support conference activities
* Ensure clear, consistent communications in line with Brand Guidelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage the Vivisol UK social media activity
* Develop and deliver the best options for customer engagement and pipeline development through all routes of communication
* Support Business Development activities (e.g Tenders and opportunities)
* Market research & analysis: Identifying target audiences, analysing competitor activities, and assessing market trends.
* Liaise with third party creative supplier
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
* Professional marketing qualification or equivalent experience
* Marketing experience from a medical / healthcare company
* Experience with digital media communications
