The Harbour Schools Partnership is seeking a Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team within Harbour Support Services (HSS). This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with school leaders, supporting them in managing budgets, forecasting and further aspects of school resources. As a Business Partner, you will: Collaborate with head teachers to set annual budgets and 3-year plans aligned with school development goals. Monitor and update school budgets, prepare accurate year-end forecasts, and produce insightful financial reports. Support staffing decisions, compliance with the Academy Trust Handbook, and integrated curriculum financial planning. Act as a key liaison between schools and support services, ensuring smooth communication and effective financial management. What We’re Looking For: Strong financial experience, ideally within education or a multi-academy trust. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial managers. A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
