Business Analyst - ERP Transformation Northern Ireland | Hybrid Working | Up to £60,000 A major business transformation programme is underway, and we're looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys solving operational challenges through technology. This opportunity sits within a dedicated transformation function responsible for modernising systems, improving processes and delivering strategic change across a multi-business organisation. You'll work directly with operational leaders, subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure new technology investments deliver measurable business value. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to become a key contributor to a large-scale ERP journey, helping shape how teams operate for years to come. You'll be involved from discovery and analysis through to implementation, training and ongoing optimisation. Rather than simply gathering requirements, you'll be expected to challenge existing processes, identify efficiencies and help drive adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.
