We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in German to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support to end users of advanced, precision electromechanical products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing real-time technical support to customers
2. Delivering training sessions onsite and virtually
3. Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation in German
4. Conducting hands-on troubleshooting and analyzing data on equipment performance
5. Testing and evaluating in-house systems and software
6. Providing tailored support for new applications and helping users become self-sufficient
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role providing technical support
* Fluent in German (spoken and written)
* Knowledge of electromechanical systems
* Ability to read industrial and engineering drawings or schematics
* Ability to travel internationally as required
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
