Morgan Philips is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner. This strategic yet hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys aligning HR initiatives with business goals, supporting workforce planning, and driving organisational change. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the central London office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver strategic HR and talent initiatives.
2. Provide expert guidance across all HR disciplines: talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
3. Lead and manage organisational restructures, terminations, and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
4. Design and implement HR policies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
5. Promote a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
6. Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
