The Role The school is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Manager to lead on the management, analysis, and reporting of student data. This is a key role within the school, supporting senior leaders and teaching staff in improving student outcomes. You will be responsible for maintaining data systems, producing reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all school data. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate data effectively to a range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the school’s data systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, or similar) Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of student data Produce reports on attainment, progress, and attendance Support senior leaders with data-driven decision-making Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data systems Manage assessment data cycles and reporting deadlines Provide training and support to staff on data systems Support census returns and statutory reporting requirements Develop and improve data processes and systems Ensure compliance with data protection regulations Working Environment The school offers a highly professional and collaborative working environment.
