Job Description
3. Support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and record-keeping.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
6. Provide guidance to staff on HR policies and procedures as required.
7. Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions for the Human Resources team.
8. Handle employee queries and escalate issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
9. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives within the Not For Profit sector.
10. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. Strong organisational and administrative skills to support HR functions effectively.
12. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent or working towards
13. Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
14. An understanding of HR policies and procedures within the Not For Profit sector.
15. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
16. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
