We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial minded General Manager to join our dynamic, forward‑thinking team at our Head Office site in North Lincolnshire

In this integral operational role, you’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, delivering insightful analysis and commercial guidance
The role
As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with commercial, brand, and development teams to influence strategic decisions and maximise profitability
* Overseeing inflation/deflation analysis to assess financial impact
* Preparing brand‑level P‘ls and taking an active role in monthly business unit reviews
* Owning balance sheet reconciliations for long‑and short‑term discounts, ensuring audit trail and control
* Supporting the delivery of annual budgets, demand reforecasts, and commercial planning cycles
* Providing robust financial challenge and support across multiple business scenarios
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially and Operationally focused finance professional who is:
* Professionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferred)
* Experienced in business partnering in a field service operation
* Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Inquisitive and confident in challenging the status quo to drive improvement
* Organised, resilient and adaptable to change

Monday to Friday: office hours
