This is an exciting opportunity to join the NCA's high performing Communications team.
In this role, you will use your digital expertise to support the delivery of the communications strategy through digital platforms including content generation, social media and web development.
You will support the team in driving forward digital ambitions, embracing an audience‑lead and insight driven approach.
Utilising your proven social media channel expertise, you'll support social media channel development as well as content generation, web and digital campaigns - with a particular focus on video.
With a demonstrable knowledge and understanding of social media and digital platforms, your experience will include the generation of compelling, creative content as well as designing and implementing social media campaigns.
You will be accustomed to using social listening tools and insight to inform digital output and provide real‑time reporting where requested.
With evident editorial and technical skills, you will support the Digital Communications Manager in management of the NCA website, including functionality and performance and develop, maintain and update website content in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the website supplier.
You will have good communication and analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a variety of internal and on occasion external stakeholders. You will have the ability to multi‑task and manage multiple priorities.
You may be expected to deputise for the Digital Communications Manager where required and asked to participate in and contribute to a number of cross‑communications campaigns and initiatives to drive success of the wider Communications Team and further our goals.

You will be proactive, strategic, resilient and able to handle a busy workload, work accurately at pace, and prioritise effectively to deliver against your objectives. You will also be flexible in taking on different activities to accommodate team requirements, and will be required to work out of hours and occasional weekends as part of an on‑call rota.
