Restaurant Manager – Up to £35,000 – Daytime Hours & Sundays/Mondays Off
We're recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a unique venue in the outskirts of Winchester offering a refreshing approach to Hospitality. With a focus on breakfast, lunch and exciting events, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role that offers structure, support and real career progression.
Based in Winchester and commutable from Southampton or Andover, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment but values daytime working and time off at the start of the week.
Based on the location of the restaurant, access to your own transport is essential.

What we're looking for

* Previous pub, restaurant or hotel experience in an F & B role
* Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on management style
* The ability to perform under pressure
