We’re are working with a leading law firm based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Change Communications Manager to lead the Change Communications across a large, enterprise wide portfolio of projects.
Working as part of a central Transformation team, you’ll design and deliver impactful communication strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects, from new systems and processes to cultural and operational change.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement communication plans for multiple change initiatives across the firm
* Partner with change managers, project managers, HR, IT, and senior leaders to align messaging and timing
* Translate complex technical or operational changes into clear, engaging narratives
* Create compelling content for a range of channels, from firmwide announcements and leadership briefings to intranet stories and events
* Support adoption and engagement by listening to feedback and measuring communication impact
* Champion best practice in change communications and contribute to a consistent firmwide approach
About You
* Proven experience in change communications, ideally across multiple projects or programmes
* Excellent writing, storytelling, and planning skills, with strong attention to detail
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and balancing priorities across concurrent initiatives
* Experience in professional services or a corporate environment preferred
* Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about helping people navigate change
You’ll play a central role in shaping how the firm communicate and deliver change across the portfolio. Please note, to be considered for this role, you must have experience in Change Communications.
