Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and department.
4. Organise and maintain accurate records and documentation.
5. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
6. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
7. Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
8. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.
9. Assist with the onboarding process for new team members.
10. Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.
11. Building and managing detailed Excel budgets

The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
13. Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role.
14. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
17. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
