Assistant Manager
As a new Rockfish Assistant Manager, you will be supported by structured training before you start in your restaurant, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish.
You will be required to have at least one years’ experience at Manager or Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

The Role
As Assistant
Manager you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant
environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating,
training and leading by example all the way.
You will coach your team to
fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values,
