This is an exciting opportunity to work with our architectural team, providing input at various stages of the design process to support our planning team on a wide variety of projects. This role will include the ability to use CAD for the production of existing and indicative site layouts and plans for the conversion of buildings, new buildings and extensions, as well as progressing to more complex design work. The ability to produce site masterplans and CGI’s would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring an ability to pro-actively manage a large and varied workload, and hold an eagerness to learn new skills to develop within the team. The position is for our Paddock Wood office in Kent, but there may be the potential for the right candidate to be based from our Wadhurst office in Sussex.
