1:1 Teaching Assistant – Secondary Support | Bath We are recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a secondary-aged pupil with additional needs in a welcoming secondary school in Bath. This temporary role is typically linked to a specific pupil and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on their academic progress, communication, and emotional wellbeing. You will be part of an inclusive and forward-thinking school community that values high expectations, teamwork, and student wellbeing. Working closely with subject teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals, you will deliver targeted support across 1:1, small group, and in-class settings, helping pupils access the secondary curriculum and develop independence.
