15-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (rising to £13.01 upon successful completion of probation period).
The store is open 7 days a week generally from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Sales Colleagues work flexibly across opening hours, which typically includes Saturdays and Sundays but may vary locally.
New colleagues attend a 2‑3 day induction either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, to gain skills and knowledge required to support customers and make amazing happen.
