REP is building a better-for-you drinks brand focused on everyday performance with a range of ready-to-drink Protein Milkshakes and Hydration drinks.
We are looking for someone who thinks visually first. Someone who understands how powerful high-quality video and photography are in building a modern brand and knows how to turn ideas into content that feels premium, relevant and worth watching.
This is not a corporate creative role. This is a hands-on, fast-moving position at an early-stage brand where your work will directly shape how REP looks across social, campaigns, retail and beyond.
The Role
You will own REP's visual output day to day. From filming and editing short-form and long-form content, to shooting campaign visuals and high-quality product photography.
You will work closely with the founders and be heavily involved in creative direction, helping define the visual identity of REP as we scale.
This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the product, is confident shooting independently and understands how modern brands are built through strong, consistent visual storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content across short-form, long-form, paid campaigns and website assets.
Capture premium product photography for website, Amazon, retail decks and marketing campaigns.
Film founder-led content, brand storytelling pieces, behind-the-scenes footage and live activations.
Lead creative shoots from concept through to delivery.
Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Support campaign launches with strong, cohesive visual execution.
Work closely with founders to translate brand strategy into strong visual storytelling.
Manage equipment, lighting and studio setup to maintain a premium output standard.
What We're Looking For
Strong videography and photography skills with the ability to shoot and edit independently.
Experience producing both short-form social content and longer-form brand pieces.
A strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing and brand consistency.
Confident using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom or similar.
Comfortable working in a startup environment where things move quickly.
Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of projects end-to-end.
Clear communicator who can collaborate closely with founders and team members.

Annual salary: £38,000-42,000
