Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist
We are seeking a Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist to lead our growing Educational Psychology Service (EPS). This is a full‑time, permanent position to be based at Meadow House, Littleworth, NG18 2TA, with hybrid working arrangements.
Qualifications & responsibilities:
* Lead and support an expanding EPS of experienced and newly qualified EPs, trainees and assistants.
* Provide leadership, support and guidance to educational psychology teams and senior leadership.
* Apply psychology to support the inclusion of children in vulnerable situations (SEND, care, excluded, youth justice).
* Make decisions and facilitate problem‑solving in complex situations with strong resilience.
* Supervise and develop staff, deliver statutory duties, and contribute to strategic projects across the local area.
