Purpose of the role
To work at the weighbridge and provide drivers with all the necessary information to get loaded and the required paperwork for leaving the site in a compliant manner. Record any missing tickets and produce PDIs for canceled or returned loads. Manage the complaints system for any materials loaded at the site. Be an integral part of the site team and ensure all communication with different departments on-site and within the region is clear, professional, and concise.
Key Accountabilities
1. Processing vehicles and resources daily.
2. Maintaining relevant database records for all resource requirements.
3. Ensuring that the centralized transport plan is satisfied.
4. Liaising and communicating with other departments including maintenance facilities, works, and the central planning office.
5. Carrying out any required site driver inductions.
6. Following all IMS procedures related to work activities.
7. Ensuring customer complaints are recorded and investigated.
