Following a Joint Venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND, we’re building a dedicated team to drive the next chapter of growth. Combining ASOS’s scale with the agility of standalone brands, we’re expanding our retail footprint - including the launch of Topshop.com and new wholesale partnerships - making this a defining moment to join the journey.
The Role
We’re looking for a content marketing expert to lead the creation and delivery of bold, engaging brand content across Topshop.com, social media, and in-store activations. You’ll work closely with ASOS Studios and Creative Services to ensure consistency in brand storytelling, while exploring new ways to drive customer engagement and loyalty for the iconic TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of customer and marketing professionals, working cross-functionally with design, product, and trading to support full-funnel marketing activity and bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
What you'll be doing...
* Lead the planning and delivery of brand content across Topshop.com, social media, and in-store, ensuring every piece reflects the distinct identity of TOPSHOP/TOPMAN.
* Manage budgets effectively, aligning spend to activity that drives key brand and performance KPIs.
* Monitor content performance and scale solutions that elevate engagement and exceed expectations.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, championing innovation and testing across channels.
* Shape and evolve the editorial tone of voice in partnership with the wider customer and marketing team.

You’re a proactive and creative content marketer with a passion for digital storytelling and a strong portfolio to match. You understand how to craft engaging brand messages across multiple formats and channels, and you’re confident using data to guide decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.
Key experience and skills:
* Proven ability to create innovative content that drives engagement across digital and social platforms.
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
* Experience with content performance analysis and optimisation.
* Skilled in social media management tools and video editing software.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, design, product, and trading teams.
