We're working on the behalf of a Bookkeeping & Payroll company, currently seeking a new part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. You will be responsible for duties such as:
Client bookkeeping using Sage Cloud, working with multiple clients to ensure bookkeeping records are up to date and accurate
Answering client bookkeeping questions
Assisting with preparation of management accounts
Payroll duties for multiple clients
Opportunity to get involved in year end accounts preparation / self-assessment duties
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 15-20 hours per week, but can consider slightly more hours for the right candidate, they're flexible regarding how the hours are spread. This role would suit a candidate who has worked within a firm of Accountants or bookkeeping bureau, or has experience multi-tasking and working with multiple entities. Ideally, you will have payroll experience however training can be given. Previous experience undertaking year-end accounts would also be beneficial.
